Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean and spacious with wooden flooring, which was perfect for someone like me who is allergic to dust and carpet. The staff, especially Mr Dheeraj Pathak, the Housekeeping Manager, made sure I had a great experience. The bed was comfortable, and the en-suite was lovely. However, the location wasn't ideal for exploring main attractions in Delhi, but it was safe and had local shops and cafes nearby.
The hotel rooms were small and had a dated look, but could easily accommodate three people. The service was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist with our needs. The location was convenient, though the pool area lacked temperature control. The dining experience left much to be desired with repetitive menu items despite a high nightly rate.
The hotel offers beautiful rooms with universal power plugs, but some had a strong smell. The service was exceptional, especially the front desk staff. The location was grand and beautiful, but lacked temperature control in the pool area. The dining experience was delightful with a wide selection at a reasonable price.
I stayed in room no. 606, and the experience was great overall. The room was spacious, cleaned daily, and had a very comfortable bed. Everything was in good condition. The hotel had very polite and helpful staff, especially Abhilash and Rahul. The ambiance was nice, with lovely flower decorations in the lobby. The location is decent, especially for those with work in South Delhi, but not ideal for visiting major attractions like the Red Fort or Connaught Place. The dining experience was enjoyable with a nice variety of options, including delicious crepes with chocolate and strawberry sauce. Overall, the stay was pleasant.
The hotel offers a good size and comfortable rooms but seriously lacks soundproofing, which was disappointing. The sparse decor with portraits of Indian women was a unique touch, but the noise from nearby activities, like a party with alcohol, continued late into the night, affecting our sleep.
My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were nice, and I appreciated the attention from the Housekeeping Manager, Mr Dheeraj Pathak, who ensured my comfort throughout. The assistance provided by Ritu Yadav, the relationship manager, in securing the best rates and helping with booking extensions for my medical treatment was exceptional. However, the noise level was a bit bothersome, especially being on the second floor.
The hotel is in a convenient location, close to local shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean and presentable, but the Wi-Fi is an additional cost. The service was friendly overall, with just a minor issue related to electricity. The dining experience was described as awesome and delicious, but it was noted that the menu could be affected by current circumstances.
The hotel offers beautifully designed rooms with incredibly comfortable beds that make you want to take the mattress home. The cleanliness is impressive, and the rooftop restaurant provides a wonderful dining experience. The service, especially during Diwali, was comfortable and reasonably quiet. However, upfront payment for the entire trip was required, which felt judgmental. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
I had a wonderful stay at Shangri-La in Connaught Place. The rooms were beautifully designed, and the beds were so comfortable that I felt like taking the mattress home. The service was charming and willing to please, especially at the atrium bar. The location, though it takes some getting used to, is in the heart of Delhi and very comfortable for the destinations I needed. The dining experience was amazing, and our kids loved it. Overall, a lovely experience with some minor adjustments needed.
